Born in Argentina and based in Australia since 2013, Emiliano studied Forestry Engineering to gain a deep understanding of ecosystems and sustainability, while simultaneously his love for analog photography nurtured a creative eye.
Over time, these passions converge in winemaking, where he focuses on crafting hand-made wines that express the character of the grape and land—generous, honest, and unique to each vintage. With a commitment to quality, Emiliano produces natural wines that showcase the vibrant aromatics, freshness, and exceptional fruit of the Barossa Valley.
AMPA, short for Amparo, is a name of Latin origin meaning "protection." Derived from the Latin word anteparāre, it signifies to prevent, favor, protect, or care for. It is also Emiliano’s little sister's name. So add her to the mix: fun, vibrant, and a 'human connector'.
